Is your Realtor Marketing Offensive or Defensive?

What is the first thing you do everyday when you get in to your office?

For anyone who is like most of people you sit down when in front of your computer and target the incoming. People check your mail, phone messages, you investigate news, your favorite blogs and many others. You check what is going on in your local Real Estate  marketing and then maybe you proceed to waist another an hour (or more) with twitter and/or Facebook or myspace.

This is some sort of defensive strategy

That you are reacting to way back when. What’s worst is that you’ll be wasting the best along with the most productive component of your day accomplishing this.

What if rather then instead of doing you can flip your program around and concentrate on these tasks at the tip of the time. Do check ones email and phone messages for everyone incoming and significant communications and as early as you are done, publish and….

Go within the Offensive Strategy.

What does that mean? Become proactive. Acquire the phone in addition to call prospective buyers. Make 50 message or calls before other agents even are able to the office. Transmit 50 emails to help prospective buyers or maybe sellers. Create a classic piece of information and blast everthing over your support systems. Post it with your website and optimise it for Yahoo and google. Check out ones analytics and work towards improving conversion. In other words, be the creator and grow the aggressor. The item pays.
